WE ARE A NO -SMOKING HOME. Most of our properties are blocks from each other. Perfect for large gatherings.
- We have 5 properties all 1 block apart:
- Landis House (sleeps 8) & Studio (sleeps 2) share the same building;
- Taylor House (Sleeps 8) and Garden Cottage lofted studio ( sleeps 2-4) and are next door to each other;
- Hemingway Flat (sleeps 5-7)
- Our Duplex (sleeps 5-6) and Morrison ( sleeps 4) are next door to each other.

Condo (sleeps 6) is on 30th, 7 blocks from our core cluster of homes

All bed and bath Linens provided , ALL BEDS made on arrival.
• Pac - n- Play Provided ... safety gates where needed.
• Taylor House and Condo have full sized CRIBS
• Highchairs Provided
• Toys, games, books provided, as well as some locations have videos / CD/DVD
• Full Kitchen ... we are always complimented on how nicely equipped we are;

• WIFI Internet ... look in your directions for the search location and password code

- EXCEPT the Hawthorne Studio; there is a laundry mat on 48th & Belmont
- Hawthonre Duplex and Morrison Studio have laundry room on property in the Morrison building
- Ironing Board and Iron in all locations
