With one bedroom on the main floor and a second bedroom downstairs, this lovely vacation rental sleeps 4 guests comfortably and 2 additional guests in the NEW kids play room. Large windows in the bedroom, huge French doors in the living room, and skylight in the kitchen let the outdoors in, creating a warm and inviting space whatever the time of year. With a comfortable layout, lovely furnishings, and a perfect location in Southeast Portland, this vacation rental has everything you need for a ideal vacation.
 On and Off Street Parking.  There is a small driveway that is at an angle down towards the garage.  If you have a compact car and chose to park there, please use caution.  It is also fine to block the driveway and park perpendicular to the condo’s driveway
The Condo is 5 blocks from the Taylor House and Garden Studio, 6 blocks from the Hawthorne Studio, 11 from the Duplex and Morrison Studio.

Our CONDO is located blocks away from the Hawthorne Boulevard. Hawthorne is lined with locally-owned coffee shops, antique stores, cafes, and trendy clothing shops, many with a bohemian flavor reminiscent of the 70's. Enjoy the many popular restaurants and pubs, which offer sidewalk seating or wander among the tree lined neighborhoods where the bungalow and craftsman homes have been restored to there natural beauty.

We also have beautiful Laurelhurst park five blocks down. The 30 acre interior of the park is defined by a large pond, the walking paths that snake through the landscape makes for great wandering, with plenty of benches and nooks to drop down on for a moment of repose, or perhaps some lunch. The park also provides a great kid friendly area.
