Our Morrison Studio is one of popular rentals located close to 39th Ave and Belmont. Our Morrison studio is located right next door to our 2 bedroom Duplex. This might be a studio, but it feels LARGE! Morrison's chartreuse green wall and velvet-red curtains covering the French doors produces a dramatic flair. It is very open and spacious with 15' ceilings, colorful and cozy and can easily make your stay in Portland perfect. It is bright, roomy, and very comfortable. Our Morrison Lofted Studio has a queen sized lofted bed and also a double bed and can sleep 4. It has a large bathroom with a vintage claw footed tub with shower, pedestal sink, and large storage cabinet. The concrete counter tops in the kitchen mix modern ingenuity with old world charm. There's a full kitchen complete with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and pots and pans. A large kitchen island, with concrete countertops, can seat up to four for dining. Also, for your convenience we have; color TV with basic cable, free High Speed Wireless Internet access, DVD player and fully equipped kitchen. This unit as a gas stove, heater and water heater. The wall-mounted heater will surely keep you warm and produces some ambiance with its cool view of the flame. This property also has AC. There is ample off street parking for this unit; right next to the side of the building, close to the door; which is a luxury in the Hawthorne neighborhoods. This property too, is on 2 major Trimet bus lines that run north/south and east/west, which is perfect for someone wanting to be car-less. Additionally, the Hawthorne and its SE neighborhood are well routed for bike transportation. It is perfect for a couple, friends, or a family with children, as we provide pack and play and toys for our smallest quests. Many couples have said; "It was wonderful to experience DORM LIKE living again, we chatted throughout the night, we loved the experience and will be back again." Other couples felt that loft was romantic and a comfortable and affordable get-away.A lock-box number will be given to you before your arrival so that if you’re coming in late you can access the key at anytime. Check in time is 4:00 and Check out time is 11:00 am. All of our rentals are located close to the Belmont and Hawthorne strips. We also live a few blocks down the road so we can assist almost immediately if you had questions or any problems. |
