Each of our properties has their own unique character! It may look like a standard ranch styled house, but it is not.  The Ranch was built in the 70's, but in our 2008 remodel we've made it a fun, modern and a charming home. It sleeps 8-10 with 2 queen beds, 1 full and 2 twin and a queen extra tall airbed.  Our Ranch House is perfect for our smallest guests with a pack-n-play, hi-chair, toys and books.    The Garage has been updated and could be used as a playroom and has a ½ bath.  There is a queen extra tall airbed which could be used in that space. The bathroom has a standard tub/shower and an additional to the  1/2 bath off the kitchen.    Our home has an industrial charm to it with copper curtain rods and steel mounted to the wall under track lighting.  Handmade art is mounted to add splashes of color to the home.  Color TV with cable, free High Speed Wireless Internet access, fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and Washer and Dryer are all located in our rental. It has a spacious kitchen with concrete counter tops that open up to the dining room and living room; perfect for entertaining and family gatherings. The Ranch also has a gas fireplace to provide perfect ambience.  It has a double car garage, a large covered patio and fenced back yard. And I must add the greatest neighbors in Hawthorne who are friendly and welcoming.

The Ranch House is 9 blocks from the Duplex and Morrison Studio, 14 blocks from the Hawthorne Studio and 15 from the Taylor House and Garden Studio.
